Job Details

We are seeking a Restoration Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and has a passion for restoration projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restoration projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a keen understanding of risk management.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage end-to-end restoration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
3. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned with project objectives and expectations.
4. Utilize Xactimate software for estimating project costs and maintain cost containment throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Ensure compliance with OSHA 10 safety standards and manage potential project risks.
6. Conduct structural samples testing and oversee asbestos abatement processes.
7. Generate leads and utilize marketing services to expand business opportunities.
8. Direct multiple claims/jobs simultaneously, ensuring each project receives the necessary attention and resources.
9. Maintain comprehensive project documentation using Microsoft Suite, ensuring all relevant information is easily accessible and up-to-date.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the construction or restoration industry.
2. Certification in IICRC Training (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification) is required.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; in Xactimate software is a plus
4. Proven experience in generating leads and marketing services.
5. Demonstrated experience in cost containment and risk management.
6. Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct multiple claims/jobs simultaneously.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
8. OSHA 10 certification and Asbestos Certification is desirable.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a keen attention to detail and commitment to quality.
10. A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks.
