Title: Restoration Supervisor
Location: Anaheim, Los Angeles, San Diego
Salary: $27-$32/hr
Requirements: Commercial Restoration/ Environmental, Water, and Fire Damage repair

• Oversee and manage a team of workers on various restoration projects, ensuring all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
• Coordinate and supervise activities related to restoration, renovation, excavation, drywall, site work, carpentry, glazing, framing, and demolition.
• Assess damage and develop comprehensive restoration plans, including timeframes, resources, and budget.
• Ensure all restoration work complies with safety regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain open communication with clients, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all work is being carried out to the highest standard.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Liaise with insurance companies, adjusters, and property owners to facilitate claims and ensure all work is completed to the satisfaction of all parties.
• Manage and resolve any issues or delays that may impact the project timeline or budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in restoration and renovation.
• Proven experience in managing a variety of restoration projects, including water and fire damage, commercial projects, and remodeling.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in using various tools and equipment required for restoration work.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions when necessary.
• Certification or training in restoration, construction, or a related field is highly desirable.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
