Job Details

Currently, they are looking for Loan Officers with an active NMLS license living in Texas with at least 1 years of experience as a Retail Loan Officer and this person will have the option to work 100% Remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with bankers, realtors, builders, and the community to attract new business.
  • Manage customer interactions for seamless transactions with borrowers ensuring the highest level of service throughout their mortgage journey.
  • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them
  • Ensure that all origination activities are in full compliance with state and federal lending laws

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year as a self-generating mortgage lending experience required.
  • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations
  • Maintain an active MLO license with the NMLS and state. Follow all requirements of the SAFE Act.
  • Excellent customer/interpersonal service skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive work environment to ensure strict time restrictions are met
