Job Details

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Revenue Cycle Manager to join our Accounting and Finance team. This position will play a pivotal role in managing the entire revenue cycle, from patient registration and insurance verification to billing and collections. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving cash flow, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the entire revenue cycle, from patient registration and insurance verification to billing and collections.
2. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, improve cash flow, and reduce bad debt.
3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to billing and collections.
4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
6. Train and supervise revenue cycle staff, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to effectively perform their duties.
7. Liaise with insurance companies and other third parties to resolve billing issues and disputes.
8. Regularly reconcile accounts and prepare accurate financial reports.
9. Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations.
10. Use eClinicalWorks or equivalent software to manage patient data and billing.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
3. Proficiency in eClinicalWorks or equivalent software.
4. Strong knowledge of billing regulations and procedures.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
11. Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification is a plus.
