Job Details

Our client is hiring a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead their front-end revenue cycle operations, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely claims and billing.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing revenue cycle team
Oversee patient intake, insurance verification, billing, and collections
Resolve claim denials and streamline first-pass claim success
Track KPIs, manage projects, and improve workflows
Ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional customer service
Manage call center operations for patients and payors
Deliver accurate reporting to leadership

What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree (healthcare, business, or related field)
7+ years in healthcare; 5+ years in revenue cycle
3+ years in a management role
Experience in patient billing, customer service, and team leadership
Clinical lab billing experience a plus
Relevant certifications (CRCE, CRCR, CPC) preferred
