Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Revenue Manager, you will:

1. Oversee all aspects of revenue management, including billing statements, collections, and e-billing.
2. Implement best practices in revenue management to optimize financial performance.
3. Develop and maintain pro forma financial statements, using them to guide strategic decision-making.
4. Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
5. Use your expertise in Aderant software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
6. Train and mentor team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
7. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement strategies for revenue growth.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including AM Law.
9. Provide regular reports to senior management on revenue performance, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Revenue Manager role will have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the AM Law industry.
2. Proven experience with AM Law, pro forma, billing statements, collections, e-billing, best practices, law firm billing, Aderant, management, and training.
3. Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
5. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
6. A strong understanding of financial regulations and standards, with a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of integrity and compliance.
7. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certification would be an added advantage.
