Responsibilities:

As the Revenue Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the billing team, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Managing collections, ensuring prompt payment from clients, and mitigating potential financial risks.
3. Leading the billing month-end close process, including the preparation and review of journal entries and account reconciliations.
4. Collaborating with other departments to streamline revenue-related processes and improve cross-functional communication.
5. Training, mentoring, and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Revenue Manager position will possess the following qualifications:

1. 10 years of experience preferably in a law firm, and 5 in a managerial role
2. Proven experience in overseeing a billing team, managing collections, and leading the billing month-end close process.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
4. Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing a team.
5. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
