The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revit design, architectural drafting, BIM, design development, construction documents, and senior revit designer. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to develop and implement Revit models and designs for construction projects
• Create and modify Revit models and drawings for construction documents, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Manage and organize Revit models and files to ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple projects
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Revit designers and drafters
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Revit software updates and industry trends to continuously improve design and drafting processes
• Communicate and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables and adherence to project timelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Revit design, architectural drafting, and construction documents
• Proficient in Revit software and other design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of BIM and design development processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Experience in senior revit designer role is a plus
