We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled RF Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent role where you will be involved in the design, development, testing, and integration of high-performance RF products.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop high-performance RF products focusing on low loss, high linearity, EMI/EMC, and reliability.
2. Lead and manage RF system integration and testing at circuit, module, and system levels.
3. Develop performance validation and production test processes to ensure the highest quality of our products.
4. Provide project leadership, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
5. Maintain compliance with AS 9100, Milspec, and other standards throughout all stages of product development and production.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve any RF-related issues that may arise in the design, development, or testing phases.
7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in RF technology and incorporate them into our products where applicable.
8. Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and technicians to create innovative and efficient RF solutions.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in RF engineering, with a focus on product development and testing.
3. Strong knowledge of AS 9100, Milspec, and other standards.
4. Proven expertise in RF system integration and testing at circuit, module, and system levels.
5. Demonstrated ability to design high-performance RF products focusing on low loss, high linearity, EMI/EMC, and reliability.
6. Experience in developing performance validation and production test processes.
7. Strong project leadership skills, with a history of managing projects to successful completion.
8. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
9. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
10. Proficiency in AWR Microwave Office or similar RF simulation tools.
