We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RF Manager to join our Electrical Engineering team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of RF (Radio Frequency) design and development activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the RF team in the design, development, and testing of RF systems, components, and solutions.
  • Ensure all RF designs and products meet the requirements and standards of the Department of Defense (DOD) and other government agencies.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of RF design methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RF systems into overall product designs.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the RF team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, advancements, and best practices in RF and electronics.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in all RF design and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years Management/Leadership experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in RF design and development, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience with FPGA, electronics, and military-grade RF systems.
  • Familiarity with DOD and government standards and regulations related to RF.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in RF design software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
