- Base salary: $110,000–$150,000+ depending on experience
- Bonus potential: 10–25% annually

Role Overview
What We're Looking For
- Oversee and grow the rigging division, including field and office operations
- Manage client relationships, safety, quality, scheduling, and financials
- Lead and mentor team members while fostering a culture of safety and excellence
- Develop business opportunities and collaborate with executive leadership
- Ensure proper equipment use, certifications, and logistics planning
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of rigging experience (GC, industrial, or specialty contractor)
- Leadership experience running jobs and/or managing a crew
- Deep knowledge of rigging equipment, safety standards, and best practices
- Excellent client communication and team management skills
- Willingness to travel locally as needed
