We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Permanent Risk Management Associate in the Manufacturing industry. This role is crucial to our organization as it requires managing and mitigating risks that might affect our production, financial performance, and reputation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential risks, developing risk management strategies, and implementing processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations. This position requires a high level of analytical thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks in the manufacturing sector.
2. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
3. Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
4. Provide guidance and support to the management team in making informed decisions regarding risk management.
5. Leverage data analytics tools to monitor and report on compliance and risk management activities.
6. Develop and implement asset management strategies to ensure optimal utilization and maintenance of assets.
7. Manage inventory and data management systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of assets.
8. Conduct process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in risk management and compliance activities.
9. Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in risk management and compliance.
10. Prepare and present regular reports on risk management activities and compliance to the management team.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related role in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in compliance reporting and analytics, process improvement, and asset management.
4. Strong understanding of the principles and practices of asset management.
5. Expertise in inventory and data management.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
8. Proficient in using data analytics tools and software.
9. Sound knowledge of industry regulations and standards in risk management and compliance.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
