Job Details

  • Hospital Collaboration: Work closely with case managers, Physicians, and home health agencies in designated hospitals to facilitate patient discharge and ensure effective care coordination.
  • Therapy Services Integration: Conduct infusion set-up and patient/caregiver training on therapy services and technology, aligning with Physician orders and introducing advancements in nutrition support.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing patient care, actively participating in the institution's quality assurance/performance improvement initiatives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and expand core therapy admissions through strong customer relationships, providing responsive customer service within assigned hospitals.
  • Therapy Program Presentations: Collaborate with the Territory Manager to present and negotiate therapy programs, contributing to business growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Successful completion of a Registered Nursing program holding either an Associates or Bachelors in Nursing.
  • Registered Nurse: Hold a current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of California.
  • Clinical Experience: Possess a minimum of three years of clinical (RN) nursing experience, with at least one year of IV infusion experience preferred.
  • Maintain current CPR certification and possess a valid driver’s license.
