Job Details
What You Will Be Doing
Lead and mentor nursing staff while promoting a culture of learning and excellence.
Coordinate and deliver patient care using the nursing process and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Evaluate patient progress and revise care plans to ensure quality outcomes.
Promote diversity, teamwork, and exceptional service across the unit.
Assess patient needs and anticipate discharge planning with families.
Support staffing, budgeting, and resource planning in collaboration with leadership.
Participate in research and performance improvement initiatives to enhance care quality.
Skills You Need
Active RN license in North Carolina and BLS certification.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
At least one year of RN experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
