Job Details
The RN Hospice Team Leader will have at least 5+ years hospice nursing experience an will oversee the Bronx NY territory.
You will support the Hospice Nurse Manager by providing leadership guidance to the professional staff on a day-to-day basis to ensure the provision of Hospice and Palliative Care services are consistent with the philosophy, goals, and policies of the program.
You will mentor and provide leadership direction to the professional staff as directed by the Hospice Nurse Manager.
The schedule is Monday thru Friday 830 am to 5 pm and includes functioning in a backup On Call capacity 2-3 times per month and 2-3 holidays per year.
