Job Details
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with infusion experience to join our Home Health team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in patients’ homes, specializing in infusion therapy.
Responsibilities include:
Administering IV medications, infusion therapies, and monitoring patient response.
Conducting comprehensive assessments and creating individualized care plans.
Educating patients and families on treatment, medication, and home care practices.
Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Documenting care in compliance with UNC and regulatory standards.
