Job Details
- Participating in identifying and meeting learning needs of self and patients
- Evaluating patient care outcomes and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team
- Implementing comprehensive care plans for patients with complex needs
- Demonstrating leadership in promoting professional growth and unit goals
- Conducting thorough patient assessments and anticipating discharge needs
- Collaborating with patients/families to develop and update care plans
- Staying informed about relevant research and integrating findings into practice
Skills You Need:
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of North Carolina
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience
