We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our Outpatient Clinic. This is a permanent position with a Mon-Fri schedule, no nights, and no weekends. We will provide training for the right candidate who possesses the necessary skillset or equivalent experience. Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care to patients in our outpatient clinic
- Assist with patient assessments, triage, and treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed
- Educate patients on health and wellness topics and provide resources for continued care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in electronic medical records
- Adhere to clinic policies and procedures, including infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- Familiarity with FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in electronic medical records and other healthcare technology
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and clinic priorities
