Job Details
Infection Prevention Program Manager:
* $10K Sign-on Bonus
* Monday - Friday, Days
* Reports to the Director Quality & Patient Saftety
Qualifications:
* Prefer 5+ years quality management experience in an acute hospital setting
* Management/leadership experience required, Prefer 3+ years leading/overseeing patient safety, risk management, quality management and infection prevention activities preferably within a hospital setting
* Bachelor’s Degree required
* Certified Infection Control (CIC)
* Proficient experience complying, creating and presenting quality data
* Knowledge of Joint Commission & CMS standards and regulations
