Job Details

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the medical industry. This is a permanent position with a $15K sign-on bonus, and a great opportunity for an RN who is looking to break into in-Patient/Hospital care!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and record vital signs, medical history, and symptoms
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and treatment options
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records
  • Adhere to infection control policies and procedures
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an RN
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
