Located in the greater St. Louis area, this is a growing team of innovative Internal Medicine clinicians who provide personalized, innovative health care.

My client delivers high quality affordable health care to patients in five neighborhood communities: South St. Louis County, Chesterfield, Lake St. Louis, Festus, and Alton, Illinois.

Our unique care model offers minimum 30-minute appointments for approximately 10 Patients a day.

We provide in-depth teaching and follow-up for all our patients, whether it’s at home, in the office, or inpatient, specialist or post-acute care.

Primary duties:

• Collaborate closely with our Clinicians to assess outpatient and inpatient a Patient’s health status, reach appropriate diagnoses, and implement treatment care plans.
• Exercise strong clinical judgment one-on-one with our Patients daily, communicating with and teaching Patients and their families about their disease management and long-term health.
• Practice well-developed organizational efficiencies, including precise record keeping, appointment monitoring, call and order follow-ups before and after, and in-between office visits.
