Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
To maintain accuracy, manage accounts payable and track spending while engaging with vendors.
Creating monthly financial statements for the assessment of members
Prepare daily reports, evaluate deposits and credit card batches, double-check accounts for accuracy, and do regular bank reconciliations.
Oversee payroll using third-party software and provide labor, material, and project costing information while building internal controls across personnel, projects, and teams.
Create accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports as needed to provide a corporate overview and decision-making, and be able to provide additional analysis as asked by other members of operations and management.
Ensure timely payments by supervising A/P and evaluating quantitative controls.
Supervise the accounts receivable department and put in place policies and procedures to ensure timely payments.
Develop plans and activities that support the organization's strategic direction.
Analyze business operations to identify opportunities and areas that need to be optimized, streamlined, or changed.
Keep track of your bank accounts and cash levels on a daily basis.
Oversee the accounting functions of the workforce.
Ensure that all deadlines for internal and external reporting are met.
