This client of our is hiring for an Estimator who has experience with roofing, ideally within commercial construction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum High School Graduate
• 2-3 years of commercial construction experience
• Proficient with estimating and construction management software, such as The Edge Estimating system and Bluebeam
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Oral and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Developing and maintaining work relationships with owners, General Contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and beyond
• Providing consistent communication with clientele
• Providing advice, knowledge, and experienced insight to meet customers needs
• Performing roof estimates on different types of construction projects
• Conducting site visits to obtain accurate roof estimates by evaluating roof plans and verifying measurements
• Drafting accurate, detailed proposals
• Partnering with other essential functions of the company
• Attend industry network events including participating in expos and trade shows
