Job Details
Roofing Estimator Responsibilities:
Generate detailed cost estimates of various roofing projects
Gather data related to materials and labor costs
Create cost comparisons with historical data of similar projects
Solicit cost estimates from available contractors
Monitor existing projects
Bachelor's degree or related experience
2+ years of roofing estimating
Thorough knowledge of contract relationships, subcontracting, and vendor relations
Ability to read blueprints
Strong computer proficiency
