We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ROOFING Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, with proven experience in business development and account management.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives.
Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Oversee direct sales efforts, including outside sales initiatives, to expand market presence.
Provide training and support to team members on best practices in technical sales and customer engagement.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that enhance product visibility.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports on sales activities for senior management.
Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
Experience:
Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong skills in business development, recruiting, and training in the roofing space.
Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
Experience in direct sales, retail sales, or technical sales is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
Experienced in canvassing, building networking foundations, and insurance restoration work.
