We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Rotor Dynamic Engineer to join our team. This role is integral to our startup and will involve working on innovative and cutting-edge projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and simulating rotor dynamics and aerodynamics. You will also be tasked with identifying and mitigating vibration issues. Responsibilities:
1. Design, analyze, and optimize rotor dynamic systems using advanced engineering principles.
2. Conduct complex simulations and tests to assess the performance of rotor and aerodynamic designs.
3. Identify, analyze, and provide innovative solutions to vibration issues in rotor dynamic systems.
4. Perform aeroacoustic analysis to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate rotor dynamics into overall system designs.
6. Create comprehensive reports detailing design processes, testing results, and proposed improvements.
7. Stay updated on the latest advancements in rotodynamics, aerodynamics, and vibration analysis.
8. Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives.

Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in rotor dynamics, aerodynamics, aeroacoustics, or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of simulation and testing methodologies.
4. Proficiency in using design software and tools for rotor dynamic analysis.
5. Proven experience in identifying and mitigating vibration issues.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present complex technical information.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. A track record of innovation and the ability to think creatively to solve complex engineering problems.
10. A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on industry advancements.
