Job Details

The Manufacturing Safety Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs and procedures in a manufacturing setting. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, conducting safety training, and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Qualifications:
· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 2+ years of experience in a safety role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
· Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to conduct training and present safety information effectively.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
· Certification such as OSHA 30, CSP, or CHST is a plus.

Working Conditions:
· Primarily on-site in a manufacturing environment.
· May require occasional evening or weekend work for training or incident response.
· Must be able to wear PPE and navigate industrial settings.
