Job Details

The Safety Manager oversees safety programs across multiple multifamily construction sites, working closely with site leadership to maintain a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and enforce company safety programs
  • Conduct site safety audits and training sessions
  • Investigate incidents and manage corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations
  • Partner with Superintendents and Project Managers

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of construction safety experience
  • Multifamily or large commercial project background preferred
  • OSHA 30 and other relevant certifications
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
