Job Details
- Lead/implement/improve EH&S program, motivate/share safety knowledge with others, planning, ensure safety compliance with state/city/OSHA/company/clients, resolve issues/disputes, promote safety culture, develop training, and ensure sub safety compliance
- Accident/incident investigations and corrective measures
- Personable, building relationships with onsite employees and not a “safety cop”
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Safety Manager on construction jobsites
- Minimum of holding a current CHST
- CSP, GSP, ASP, and OSHA 500 are preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Performing safety training is required
- Solid professional work references
- Must pass DMV check, drug test, and background screening
