You will use your expertise to secure work with current and new clients. The company has been in business over 100 years with a very strong pipeline of commercial work. They are looking to expand their construction team as part of their growth plan by hiring a Safety Specialist to take on some key responsibilities.

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field.
3. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
4. Proven experience in site safety management, incident investigation, and quality management.
5. Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal safety regulations.
6. Proficient in using safety inspection tools and equipment.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence others.
8. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
10. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
