This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to contribute to a growing company, by leveraging their expertise in lead generation, office space planning, workplace solutions, interior solutions, furniture, fixtures & equipment, and office systems. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing sales strategies, coordinating sales activities, and providing administrative support for projects. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and coordinate all sales activities, ensuring smooth operations and maximum productivity.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Utilize your expertise in lead generation to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for sales projects, ensuring all activities are effectively coordinated and completed on time.
- Leverage your knowledge of office space planning, workplace solutions, and interior solutions to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Manage and maintain office systems, furniture, fixtures, and equipment to ensure an optimal working environment.
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and projects.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, providing valuable insights into sales performance and areas for improvement.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales strategy development, and project administration.
- Strong knowledge of office space planning, workplace solutions, interior solutions, furniture, fixtures & equipment, and office systems.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple sales activities and projects effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
