Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of our telecommunications products and services including fiber internet, wireless solutions, and other related offerings.
- Present and explain our product portfolio to potential clients, demonstrating how our solutions can enhance their business operations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to provide the best advice and recommendations to clients.
- Use CRM tools to manage client relationships, track sales, and forecast future sales trends.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of our services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, sharing insights and strategies to improve sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telecommunications sales, fiber internet sales, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage client relationships and track sales performance.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in dispatch, sales, or customer service, with a strong focus on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and the latest technological advancements.
- A results-driven approach, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, to achieve common goals.
