This role requires a hunter mentality, with a focus on exceeding quotas and driving new business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to effectively and efficiently cover the accounts within the assigned territory.
- Manage and strengthen client relationships with a strong emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and prospecting.
- Deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our accounting and finance solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure a seamless transition of accounts and align on customer strategy.
- Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitors, and apply this knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the consumer goods or consumer electronics industry.
- Proven track record of success in direct sales, outside sales, or territory sales.
- Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Excellent account management skills, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
- A hunter mentality, with a drive to exceed quotas and win new business.
