A bit about us:

We are seeking an accomplished sales leader with a proven track record in the contract office furniture industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading national sales teams, driving revenue growth, developing dealer and end-user relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives within the commercial furniture market.

Key requirements include:
  • Significant leadership experience within the contract office furniture industry
  • Demonstrated success managing and growing national sales organizations
  • Strong relationships across dealers, manufacturers, A&D firms, and end-user customers
  • Strategic and operational sales leadership capabilities
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite in Richmond, Virginia

Job Details

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of successful sales, business development, or marketing experience with direct customer-facing responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated success growing revenue and developing strategic sales channels.
  • Experience securing and managing contract-based business.
  • Strong understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 65% of the time nationwide.
  • Willingness to relocate to Richmond, Virginia.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within the contract furniture, office furniture, interiors, workplace solutions, or related commercial furnishings industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience leading dealer networks, channel sales, or national account programs.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and business reporting tools.
