Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated Permanent Sales Manager to join our team in the Aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, program management, aerospace, defense, and manufacturing. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure we deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aerospace and defense industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop and deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting process to ensure accurate revenue projections.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to promote our products and services.
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures conduct all sales activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, program management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the aerospace and defense industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
