We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and driven Permanent Sales Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This role is focused on the OEM/Trucking vertical and requires a significant amount of travel (60%). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base, building and maintaining relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the trucking and manufacturing industry, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales.

1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the OEM/Trucking market.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
4. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
5. Meet personal and team sales targets and performance metrics.
6. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met, improve the entire customer experience, and drive growth.
8. Participate in trade shows, conventions, and meetings to promote the company’s products and services.

1. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Manufacturing industry, with a focus on OEM/Trucking.
2. Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
3. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.
4. Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
5. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Proficient in CRM software.
8. Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
10. OEM experience is a must.
