Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Drive Sales Strategy: Translate company goals into actionable territory plans and sales activities aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Coach for Impact: Support reps through the full sales cycle with hands-on coaching in product positioning, deal strategy, and closing.
- Pipeline & Forecast Ownership: Ensure strong CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and predictable revenue performance.
- Team Development: Hire, onboard, and continuously develop top sales talent; foster a high-performance culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to align on customer needs and drive results.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, implement scalable sales processes, and manage to performance KPIs.
- Customer Engagement: Step into high-stakes deals to support your team, build trust, and close complex negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in packaging or distribution sales; 2+ years in a sales leadership role. Packaging experience is required — including corrugated, chipboard, flexible films, and packaging supplies.
- Leadership: A track record of coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
- CRM Expertise: Proficient in pipeline and forecast management; experience with Acumatica or similar platforms preferred.
- Strong Communicator: Able to inspire teams, influence peers, and build rapport with customers at all levels.
- Analytical Thinker: Data-driven and skilled at using reports and dashboards to inform decisions.
- High Motor: A self-starter with contagious energy and a relentless drive to win.
- Strategic Closer: Skilled at presenting customer-focused solutions, navigating negotiations, and securing key accounts.
