We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Permanent Sales Manager with expertise in Wind Energy to join our team in the fast-paced Energy industry. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales management, business development, and harnessing the power of wind energy. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and have a deep understanding of the renewable energy market.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Sales Manager | Wind Energy Expert, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Driving the sales of our wind energy solutions to new and existing clients, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
2. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
3. Nurturing and developing relationships with key industry players, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
4. Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
5. Using your extensive knowledge of wind energy to educate clients, answer their queries, and provide innovative solutions.
6. Managing and overseeing the use of Salesforce to track sales metrics, generate reports, and optimize sales strategies.
7. Collaborating with the marketing team to improve and expand the company's brand presence.
8. Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts to the management team.
9. Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in the wind energy sector and integrating this knowledge into business strategies.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the energy industry.
3. Proven experience in wind energy is a must.
4. A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
7. Strong understanding of the renewable energy market and its future trends.
8. Ability to travel as needed.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. High level of professionalism and integrity.
