Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the chemical coatings industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business development for our range of chemical coatings, including conformal coating, liquid coating, parylene coatings, plasma coatings, and other coatings. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure product offerings meet customer needs
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the chemical coatings industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of chemical coatings, including conformal coating, liquid coating, parylene coatings, plasma coatings, and other coatings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred
