We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Director to join our vibrant team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent role where you will be responsible for shaping our overall brand strategy, driving sales, and leading the marketing initiatives of our company. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the manufacturing market, a proven track record in sales and marketing, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
2. Drive the growth of our product portfolio by identifying new market opportunities and implementing innovative sales strategies.
3. Lead and manage the marketing team to execute effective campaigns across various digital platforms, including Paid Social, Google Ads, and other Social Media channels.
4. Oversee the development of engaging content for our digital media platforms to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and stay ahead of the curve.
6. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
7. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of our sales and marketing strategies, making necessary adjustments to ensure targets are met.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the sales and marketing strategies align with the overall company objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
4. Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Paid Social, Google Ads, and Social Media.
5. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
6. Excellent analytical skills with a knack for interpreting market trends and data.
7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficient in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
9. Strong understanding of the manufacturing market and customer behavior.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
