As a Permanent Sales Operations Analyst in our dynamic Manufacturing team, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward. Our organization is a leading player in the Medical Equipment Manufacturing industry, and we are seeking a dedicated professional with a knack for data analysis and a deep understanding of sales operations. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of working from home while also engaging in-person at our state-of-the-art facilities.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

1. Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report sales data to increase sales productivity and identify potential market opportunities.

2. Assist in sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.

3. Develop accurate and effective reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

4. Proactively monitor and maintain the integrity and accuracy of sales data in the company's CRM system.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address sales process inefficiencies and implement improvements.

6. Provide insights to the sales team to support decision-making and strategic planning.

7. Conduct detailed analysis of sales activities to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

8. Support the execution of operational initiatives and projects to meet the company's objectives.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Operations Analyst role, preferably within the Medical Equipment Manufacturing industry.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level or higher.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

4. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data in a simple and straightforward way for non-technical audiences.

6. Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for turning raw data into actionable business insights.

7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field is preferred.

8. Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools is a plus.
