We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly driven sales professional with a hunter mentality, who is self-motivated and has a proven track record of navigating the sales cycle, working with CRM, selling commercial equipment, and building strong relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing the company's customer base. You will be part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged. Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts.
2. Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities within the commercial equipment sector.
3. Utilize CRM to track, measure, and analyze sales activities and strategies.
4. Understand and effectively communicate the company's value proposition, product vision and capabilities to potential clients.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
7. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
8. Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
9. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the commercial equipment industry.
2. Demonstrable experience with CRM software and sales cycle management.
3. Strong hunter mentality, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.
4. Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
7. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
8. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics.
9. Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
10. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
