Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative in Food and Beverage Ingredients Industry to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the food ingredients industry. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the food ingredients industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and visits.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Provide technical support and product information to customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D and marketing, to develop new products and improve existing ones.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales in the food ingredients industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business development skills and experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of food ingredients and their applications in the food industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
