Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving our business forward. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
2. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying their needs and challenges, and providing solutions that promote our products and services.
3. Utilizing Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and forecast future sales.
4. Representing the company at trade shows and other industry events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
5. Collaborating with internal teams including product development and marketing to ensure customer needs are met and to stay informed about new products and services.
6. Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our engineering solutions.
7. Providing detailed reports on sales activities, sales forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
2. A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the engineering industry.
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce.
4. Experience in representing companies at trade shows and other industry events.
5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
6. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
7. A self-motivated and results-driven approach, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
8. The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about customer needs and sales strategies.
