Job Details

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This individual will focus on promoting and selling a wide range of security products, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, and intrusion detection solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the security industry. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients in both commercial and industrial sectors through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and understanding their security needs.
Product Knowledge & Solutions Selling: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company’s security products and solutions, including surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection systems, to effectively communicate the benefits and features to potential clients.
Sales Presentations & Proposals: Conduct presentations to key decision-makers, and create customized proposals tailored to the client’s specific needs.
Negotiation & Closing Deals: Handle pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration with Team: Work closely with the sales team, engineers, and customer service to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets to sales leadership.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven track record of sales success, ideally within the security, technology, or related industries. Experience in selling surveillance, access control, or intrusion detection systems is a plus.
Sales Skills: Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals. Experience working in a B2B sales environment is preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and understand the technical aspects of security solutions and communicate them to clients.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated and driven with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and be willing to travel locally as required.
