This position is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent prospecting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area and product line.
2. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
3. Identify new business opportunities through effective market research and competitor analysis.
4. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with current customers and prospective clients to ensure future sales.
5. Provide regular sales forecasts to the management team, using your deep understanding of market trends and changes.
6. Stay current with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.
7. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
8. Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting the company’s products and services.
Qualifications:
2. Experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants industry.
3. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
4. Exceptional prospecting skills with a proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information to a variety of audiences.
6. Strong understanding of sales strategies and ability to implement them effectively.
7. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales applications.
9. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
10. A self-starter with a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
