Job Details

1. Developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
2. Generating high-quality leads through cold calling, networking, and customer referrals.
3. Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our construction solutions.
4. Preparing and submitting accurate and timely RFI's and takeoffs.
5. Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profit.
6. Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
7. Meeting and exceeding sales quotas consistently.
8. Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to management, detailing sales performance, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
9. Keeping abreast with latest industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
10. Participating in industry events, trade shows, and professional associations.

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, closing deals, and exceeding sales quotas.
3. Proficiency in preparing and submitting RFI's and takeoffs.
4. Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including the latest trends and technologies.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
7. Ability to work independently, manage your own territory, and work under pressure.
8. High level of integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
9. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
10. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
