Job Details
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the industrial cleaning industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is ready to take their career to the next level. The role will involve nurturing client relationships, sharing product knowledge, and implementing sales strategies to drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Is your background a match?
* 2 years of experience in a direct sales role, preferably selling to schools, hospitals and nursing homes
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Able to build and maintain strong relationships
* Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
* Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
What will you be doing?
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business
* Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients
* Implement effective sales strategies to identify potential customers, meet sales targets, and contribute to the company's profitability
* Provide regular feedback to the management team about market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value to our customers
* Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to understand product features and benefits, and effectively communicate these to potential clients
* Handle customer complaints and enquiries in a professional manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
