Are you detail oriented, great with numbers, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and play a critical role in supporting our mission of providing cutting-edge HVAC solutions and Security Solutions.
In this role, you’ll assist with creating estimates, drafting proposals, and maintaining clear and professional communication with customers. You’ll be a key point of contact for clients and work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth process from inquiry to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate and competitive estimates for HVAC and Security solutions.
- Prepare detailed proposals tailored to client needs and project specifications.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely updates and addressing concerns.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, proposals, and estimates.
- Support the sales team in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
- Stay informed about our product offerings, including HVAC, power, energy controls, and life-safety solutions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/ GED
- 2+ year of experience in HVAC Controls or Building Automation preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
