Are you detail oriented, great with numbers, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and play a critical role in supporting our mission of providing cutting-edge HVAC solutions and Security Solutions.

In this role, you’ll assist with creating estimates, drafting proposals, and maintaining clear and professional communication with customers. You’ll be a key point of contact for clients and work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth process from inquiry to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate and competitive estimates for HVAC and Security solutions.
  • Prepare detailed proposals tailored to client needs and project specifications.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely updates and addressing concerns.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, proposals, and estimates.
  • Support the sales team in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
  • Stay informed about our product offerings, including HVAC, power, energy controls, and life-safety solutions.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • 2+ year of experience in HVAC Controls or Building Automation preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
