Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permissions, and access controls
  • Configure and maintain page layouts, Lightning pages, objects, fields, and record types
  • Build and support reports, dashboards, and data visibility needs
  • Create and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows, validation rules, email alerts, and automation
  • Provide general Salesforce troubleshooting and user support
  • Support ongoing platform improvements and system optimization
  • Develop or support advanced functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, or custom development
  • Determine when declarative tools are sufficient and when custom development is needed
  • Assist with Salesforce integrations, data flow, and API related functionality as needed
  • Maintain clean, scalable, and reliable Salesforce configurations

Qualifications Section, Say Needed:

  • Salesforce certifications are preferred but not required unless specified by the client
  • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience
  • Experience managing users, permissions, page layouts, Lightning pages, reports, dashboards, flows, validation rules, and email alerts
  • Strong background in Salesforce Lightning, declarative automation, troubleshooting, and platform configuration
  • Experience or strong background in Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, or custom Salesforce development
  • Proven ability to support both administrator level work and developer level enhancements
  • Ability to work independently in a part time capacity, roughly 20 hours per week
  • Comfortable working as either a 1099 contractor or W2 employee
